It has advised that patients over the age of 50 should be offered a Covid booster vaccination no earlier than 6 months after a second Covid vaccination.
The Covid booster vaccinations will be provided at Library House Surgery in Chorley. The Chorley Surgery will contact you to book an appointment:- we may contact you by phone, SMS text message or by letter to arrange your appointment.
At your Covid booster vaccination appointment you may also be offered a seasonal flu vaccination if you haven’t yet had one (depended on stock).
