Doctorlink Update

All appointments at The Chorley Surgery are currently being held via telephone or video consultation. When booking an appointment via Doctorlink please be advised to expect your call either anytime AM, 8 – 12 (if booking a morning slot) or anytime PM 12- 6.20 if booking an afternoon slot. We are experiencing a high number of appointment requests and cannot always guarantee to contact you at your allocated appointment time.

Please keep your mobile phone fully charged and with you when expecting a call for your GP, ANP or Practice Nurse
