What does this mean?

From 0001 on Saturday, residents will only be allowed to socialise with people they live with or those in their social bubble in any indoor setting or private garden or at most outdoor hospitality venues and ticketed events

Pubs and bars will closeFrom 0001 on Monday, Additional venues including licensed clubs, adult gaming centres, children’s soft playcentres, casinos, bookmakers, betting shops and bingo halls will also close
