Booking Routine Blood Tests:
To make an appointment at a community based blood clinic – Please contact your GP Practice directly.
Appointments can be made at Royal Preston Hospital or Chorley and South Ribble District Hospital – Operating Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm – Please call 01257 247095
Please only attend one of the hospital clinics for a blood test if your doctor has instructed you to do so AND has supplied you with your blood form to take with you.

Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley and South Ribble Hospital – Operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 12.30pm. To book please call 01772 524146 or 01772 524143 Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
