STARTING WEDNESDAY 12TH MAY
Aimed at people experiencing poor mental health. This 6 week course will assist individuals to develop an effective plan to aid their wellbeing and recovery journey.
On completion of the sessions, participants will be able to identify triggers and coping strategies in order to develop and support their own recovery. This in turn should enable individuals to have more control over their life and experiences.
