The Wellness and Recovery workshops are for people who experience poor mental health, to assist them in developing an effective plan to aid their wellbeing and recovery journey.
On completion of a workshop participants will be able to identify triggers and coping strategies to develop and support their own recovery journey. The workshops will assist participants to have more control over their life and experiences.
