Lung Cancer Awareness Month

November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month

Lung Cancer is the most common cause of death in both women and men and claims the lives of almost 35,000 people a year!

Early detection of lung cancer makes it more treatable, and encouraging people to recognise symptoms such as a persistent cough, breathlessness and sudden weight loss is vitally important to visit your GP.

The campaign is encouraging people to visit their GP sooner if they have symptoms.
