Following the sad passing of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the practice will be observing the national bank holiday on Monday 19th September.
We are in the process of contacting all patients who had appointments booked for the 19th September to re-arrange. Please do not contact the surgery, we will be in touch this week.
